During the fall of 2020, Communique Design & Marketing worked with Hector Wine Company (HWC), an established winery on Seneca Lake. Communique assisted HWC with communicating to the external public by implementing a strong social media strategy, which kept customers abreast of current and changing health and safety protocols brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Communique also helped promote product launches and wine club programs via social media, which saw an increase in overall customer engagement and reach.
Additionally, Communique helped the winery raise awareness of its tenth anniversary through strategic social media posts and public relations initiatives that resulted in regional media coverage and high customer engagement.
Finally, Communiqué took on-site professional photos of the property, grapes, customers, wines, etc to give the social media presence a clean, high-quality, modern feel.
